When we are given the space to be seen and witnessed by others while also learning to witness without judgment, something within us begins to open and reveal what has been hidden beneath our familiar stories, reactions, and ways of perceiving ourselves.

This course will be much more community-based than previous courses where everyone will be encouraged to share so that we can all get to know what each other is going through. We will be working together in breakout rooms for witnessing, focusing on childhood memories, the dreams we once had, and the dreams of the future that may still be waiting for us.

Moving our bodies through shamanic movement helps redistribute energy stored in stagnant areas of our field so we can return more fully to our feelings, senses, imagination, and perceptual fluidity.
