Rachel & I are offered our first online course together, called Reflection.
Reflection is a four-class course that Rachel & I taught in August 2024 where we invite you to join us in choosing a piece of your past to work with energetically as a means to retrieve the life force that is still entangled in that story.
For several years, Rachel & I trained alongside each other, as well as separately, within the same shamanic communities, which were quite rare.
Some of our teachers that came from these communities assisted us in significant energetic growth, in addition to contributing to some very challenging dysregulation in our nervous systems, that deeply affected our spiritual and physical development.
As we began to unravel all of these memories and take a step back to observe the possibilities that were presenting, the soul blueprint and the essences became more clear. Were these teachers exactly that? Ones who came into our lives to teach us the desire to have our totality.......our soul retrieved and a deep sense of wholeness.
We personally reflect upon some of these experiences, differences of perspective, and sharing some unique memories of events that we witnessed together.
This type of introspective experience is a remembering of our youth's vitality and our life force energy that has been entertaining the past struggles through the pain we still feel in the nervous system, our hearts, our minds, and our spirits.
At each one's pace, we invite you to join us through the process of movement, somatic meditation and breathwork to find the energetic imprint of the memory. We dive into the depths of our feelings and senses from then and now as to what each memory offers us, making room for insight, closure, acceptance and ultimately love.
You are invited to engage in this transformative way of healing and experiencing the dynamic effect of creatively reviewing our lives.
